Day 02 Mumbai/Aurangabad
In the day visit all the important attractions in Bombay, which includes Dhobho Ghat, Crawford market, Marine drive and old mansions of Colaba area. Take a flight in the evening to Aurangabad and check in.
Day 03 Aurangabad
Excursion to Ajanta caves site, a beautiful gorge that has a series of caves. The caves have ancient sculptures and some of the most stunning murals of the Buddhist era.
Day 04 Aurangabad /Mumbai
Visit the Ellora caves that are famous for their extraordinary sculptures. Also visit the Daulatabad for and Bibi ka Maqbara. Return to Mumbai by the evening flight. You can use the rest of the evening to enjoy the scintillating nightlife of Bombay.
Day 05 Udaipur
Take the morning flight to Udaipur - the Lake City. Visit the Ship Gram arts and crafts village. Enjoy a boat ride on the Lake Pichhola at sunset.
Day 06 Udaipur
Spend the day sightseeing in the city and shopping in the local bazaars. Visit Bharatiya Lok Kala Mandal to watch a Rajasthani dance recital. You have an option to have dinner at the opulent Shiv Niwas Palace.
Day 07 Jaipur
Take a flight to Jaipur. Spend the day sightseeing at the City Palace Complex and Amber Fort. Visit a farmhouse and relish local Rajasthani dinner.
Day 08 Jaipur
In the morning take a walking tour of the interesting streets and squares of Jaipur to watch its inhabitants go through their routine morning rituals. Visit the Sri Govind Devji temple in the morning and listen to the heart rendering chanting. Later walk through the Pink city and shop in its colorful bazaars. Watch the sunset over Jaipur from Nahargarh fort.
Day 09 Agra
On the way to Agra visit the well-maintained capital of Akbar- Fatehpur Sikri. At Agra visit the wonderful Taj Mahal and Agra Fort.
Day 10 Khajuraho
Reach Khajuraho by flight. Take a conducted tour of the western group of temples.
Day 11 Khajuraho/ Varanasi
Morning tour to Eastern group of temples that are renowned for their beautiful sculptures. Board the flight to Varanasi. In Varanasi take a walking tour of a few Ghats and narrow back lanes to feel the pulse of this sacred city of India.
Day 12 Varanasi
Early morning boat ride on the river Ganges to witness holy rituals at the Ghats. In the day take a tour to Sarnath where Buddha delivered his first sermon.
Day 13 Kathmandu
Fly to Himalayan kingdom of Nepal and reach Kathmandu valley. Rest of the day is at your leisure.
Day 14 Kathmandu
Enjoy the day sightseeing at Durbar Squares of Kathmandu and Patan that give you a very good idea of the local life. The evening is free to shop in the busy Thamel market.
Day 15 Kathmandu
Choose between excursions to Dakshinkali temple (a place where animal sacrifices are offered) OR Kirtipur OR Buddhist temple of Swambhunath OR Changunarayan temple. Later, also visit the cremation ghats by the river Baghmati behind the enormous Pashupatinath temple.
Day 16 Chitwan National Park
Take a short flight to the Royal Chitwan National Park, a huge virgin jungle in the fertile Terai area of the Himalayan foothills, which has a sizeable population of rhinos and tigers. Explore the Park on elephant back. In the evening enjoy an exotic dinner by the campfire. Spend the night at the Jungle Camp.
Day 17 Chitwan National Park
In the day visit the park again. Enjoy canoe ride over the Narayani River. Leisurely explore and appreciate the wildlife in the park especially the Mugger.
Day 18 Pokhara
Transfer by car to Pokhara. The skyline of Pokhara is dominated by breathtaking Annapurna range crowned by Fishtail Peak (it has never been scaled). The reflection of the range in Phewa Lake is a breathtaking sight. The leisurely stay watching the mountains at Pokhara marks the perfect culmination of the trip. The day is at your leisure.
Day 19 Pokhara
Day to be used enjoying the perfect natural beauty of Pokhara. More than 8000 snowy peaks that are visible from here on a clear day.
Day 20 Kathmandu/ New Delhi
Fly back to Kathmandu viewing majestic Himalayan peaks from the air. From Kathmandu change the flight to New Delhi. In New Delhi, the evening is to be used to shop and visit the local bazaars.
Day 21 New Delhi
Daylong sightseeing of Old Delhi (Shahajahanabad) and Lutyen's Delhi (New Delhi).
Day 22 Departure
The day is free till the time of departure. Transfer to airport at the appropriate time.
